What do parties include?

Our boutique birthday parties are turn-key (and worry free) experiences. That means that when we arrive, the party and entertainment (including the decorations) is all taken care of for you. All that's left for you to provide is the cake! Here's what our parties include:

• travel and set up are included in your party cost (there may be additional travel fees for events outside of our travel area)
• stellar art instruction and developmentally appropriate activities for up to eight children ages 5 & up inside our air-conditioned camper
• expertly curated party themes and projects (which change seasonally)
• an unbelievably adorably camper, decorated to perfectly match your party's theme
• a 2 hour event (approximately 1.5 hours hands on time, 30 minutes for refreshments)
• a printable pdf invite

What projects and themes are offered?

We offer a great selection of themes which changes seasonally. Our current themes can be viewed here (in progress). Project materials range from painting, to polymer clay crafts, to jewelry, and even sewing! (some projects are subject to upgrade fees)

How many people may attend?

Our mobile parties are kept intentionally small so that we can provide an especially memorable party experience for the guest of honor with a small group of friends. We can fit 8 kiddos in the camper comfortably (with a few adults popping in to watch the fun). Have a larger party in mind? No problem! We can offer "drop in crafting" stations for kiddos for larger events. We can also host parties of up to 40 participants in our 2000 square foot studio. Contact us for details.

Where can you park Clementine?

Clementine needs a flat area on which to park (preferably a paved road, street, or driveway) with access to an outlet. We can also pull her into the grass, but will not go "off roading" (though gravel, sand, mud, etc) as she is a delicate lady.

Tell me more about the decor.

One of the most fun party about partying with clementine - her cute interior! Clementine recieves as "costume change" coordinating with each party. Party garlands, throw pillows, table covers and more are personalized by us to go with the chosen theme.

What dates & times are available?

We are now booking birthday parties for Clementine beginning in March for the following time slots:

• Fridays 6-8 pm
• Saturdays 11am-1pm and 3-6 pm
• alternate time slots may be available depending on travel time between events - please contact us

What is the price?

Our base price for birthday parties is $200/hour (2 hours minimum). This rate is valid until August 2019. Optional add ons and extras are also available (see question below).

What add ons and upgrades do you offer?

custom party theme: want to work with a theme outside of our current offerings? No problem! Let us know what you're thinking instead and we'll create something custom just for you! ($100 fee) project upgrade: many of our themes can be upgraded to include project options for sewing and other upgraded materials. (fee varies by project) shutterbug upgrade: have a photo-obsessed kiddo? awesome! we offer the option to include an retro-look instant camera at your events! guests can leave with their own tangible prints! As a bonus, the prints double as stickers! (fee = $50 camera rental with 20 prints | $75 camera rental with 50 prints and one mini photo album to keep) personalized pdf invite: upgrade your party invite with a personalized invitation that matches your party's theme. You'll be sent a pdf file you can print at home or at a photo kiosk. ($25 fee) party favors: we'll provide a theme-coordinated goodie bag for each of your guests to take home, in addition to their artwork, as reminder of their fantastic day ($40 fee) extended outdoor set up: though there is plenty of room to enjoy a slice of cake inside the camper, we're happy to bring additional accomodations with us. Our outdoor set up upgrade includes :

• two white folding tables
• 4 benches (seats 8-10)
• an adorable black and white striped awning
• a wooden happy birthday sign

What about deposits?

A non-refundable $200 deposit (payable here) is required to reserve your date. The remainder is due the day of the event. Party upgrades and add ons are due at the time of the deposit.

What is your party cancellation policy? Can I get my deposit back?

Deposits for private events are non-refundable. Hosts cancelling their events at least two weeks before the scheduled event may choose to move their party to another date or have their deposit reissued as studio credit

What about refreshments?

Refreshments are not included in our services, but may be consumed either inside the camper or outside of the camper in an area of your choice (picnic area, back yard, etc). We have folding outdoor tables and benches that can accomodate 8 that we are able to bring and set up outside of the camper upon request (for an additional fee).

Generally speaking, we will travel within a ten mile radius of our home studio in St. Pete. This includes:
