secure your date & time

  • View available dates and choose from a 10-12, 1-3, or 4-6 time slot. We require a $100 deposit to secure your date and time (easily payable online here).
  • After you've booked you'll recieve a confirmation email from our registration system.

pick your theme

  • Generally speaking we ask for you to give us an overarching theme (i.e. unicorns, pokemon, superheroes, moana, etc) and we work our magic from there! We will design an event with 2-3 projects centered around that big idea that are appropriate for the age of the kiddos. With several art education degrees and 300+ kids parties under our belts we can assure you the projects we have developed will not only be fun - but will be a great fit!

general questions

How do kids parties work?

Your custom “make & take” art/craft party is lead by an engaging teacher and tailored to meet the needs of the age of the children at the party.

  • Party schedule/timeline: Parties are 2 hours long and include instruction & creation of 1-3 “make & take” projects, breaks as needed, and time at the end for refreshments (birthday cake, snacks, drinks, etc).
  • Set up and tear down times: you are permitted 30 minutes before and 30 minutes after the class time for setting up, cleaning up, and remaining refreshment time if needed. After 30 minutes, a $50 per hour fee will be assessed.

What's included?

Our kid's parties include:

  • 1-3 custom “make & take” art project(s) for your child and their guests
  • all art/crafting supplies*
  • shirts to protect children’s’ clothing
  • a stellar instructor, set up and clean up
  • basic paper plates, napkins, and brown kraft paper table covers
  • bragging rights for you being the bestest grownup ever!

What dates and times are available?

  • Children’s parties are typically scheduled 10-12, 1-3, or 4-6 on Saturdays & Sundays.
  • Alternative days and times can be scheduled during any two hour time frame beginning as early as 10 am and ending no later than 6 pm Tuesdays-Fridays depending upon studio and/or artist availability. Please contact us to request and alternative date/time.
  • Parties are booked on a first come, first served basis. We recommend booking early to secure your preferred date and time. Current availability can be viewed here.

What is your minimum? Maximum?

  • A minimum of 10 children (or $250) is required to book a private party Friday-Sunday. We are able to work with smaller parties Mondays-Thursdays.
  • Our studio can seat groups as large as 60 participants between our two rooms. One studio seats 20 and the other seats 40. There is standing room for additional guests (parents, relatives, etc) but i may be limited by party size.

What ages can participate?

We offer children’s Parties for ages 5-16. Party activities will be tailored to the age group of the child


What about refreshments?

  • what refreshments are allowed?: you are welcome to bring any refreshments you would like. We do not partner with specific vendors at this time.
  • refrigeration: We do not currently have facilities for refrigeration so please plan accordingly. Most folks bring a cooler if something needs to be kept cold.
  • what do people usually bring? most families bring some sort of snack (juice boxes, veggie or nugget tray, pizza in addition to their cupcakes or cake. Whatever your family decides to provide will be just fine.
  • when should we have our pizza delivered? if you are ordering in we reccomend scheduling the deliver for the midpoint of the party (as we are usually taking a break then).

decor & set up

Can we bring our own decorations?

our studio is colorfully decorated and serves as the perfect backdrop for most party themes. Additional decorations (balloons, garlands, etc) are up to you.

When can I come set up?

Parents are welcome to come in 30 minutes prior to their scheduled event time to set up. Let us know if you think you might need more time and we will do our best to accomodate (depending on the day's schedule).


What is the cost? What about deposits?

Click here for our handy pricing sheet. The minimum charge is $25 per child* (10 kids = $250). A non-refundable $100 deposit (payable here) is required to reserve your date. The remainder is due the day of the event. * Price breaks may be available for groups of 24 or more - inquire here.

What is your party cancellation policy? Can I get my deposit back?

Deposits for private events are non-refundable. Hosts cancelling their events at least a week before the scheduled event may choose to move their party to another date or have their deposit reissued as studio credit


Can parents drop off their children? Do hosts have to stay?

We encourage parents to drop off their children and enjoy a few hours to themselves.

  • we require at least one adult to be present for the duration of the party to help supervise.
  • We believe the most important guests are the children (and of course the birthday kiddo) attending the event.
  • Though grown ups are well-intentioned, frequently their presence becomes a distraction for children participating and takes focus off of our guest of honor. Too many adults in the room causes the noise level to go up where participants have a hard time hearing and the event can quickly morph into an adult party with kids as the afterthought.
  • Hosts may be charged for parents picking up their children later than 30 minutes after the scheduled party time.

If we’d like parents to stay for the event is there a specific space they can use? Can we bring adult beverages for them to enjoy while the party is going on?

If you are planning on having a large number of adults attending we recommend booking both studio rooms so that all parties involved can have a good time. The adjacent room can be reserved for $75 per event, at the time of the deposit (depending on availability). Adult beverages can be served when the adjacent room is reserved.

Can parents participate? What about siblings?

  • Parents and siblings of guests may stay and enjoy the party at no charge, but are not guaranteed a seat in the studio (please see drop off notes below). They are also welcome to join in on the fun of creating by becoming a paying participant (at the child’s rate).
  • Siblings under the age of 5 not participating are welcome to our stash of children's books, blocks, play doh, and coloring supplies at no additional charge.
